In accordance with the recommendations of the German Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine for non-invasive ventilation during the initial phase of respiratory support therapy, we have developed a simple device to enable CPAP and/or NIV ventilation in combination with our QualityMix high-flow blender. Alternatively, a high-flow blender from another manufacturer may also be used for this purpose.
