Description

DEHAS has been developing and distributing products for medical technology inside and outside the clinic since 2002. Our products are used in the fields of emergency medicine, hospital, homecare and aviation. A particular focus is on products relating to medical oxygen, its application, dosing and mixing as well as the display and measurement of the resulting vital parameters. In addition to medical products, the company’s portfolio includes service and advice for customers as well as customized special designs of individual items or series.

Responsibilities / main tasks

YOUR JOB with us

  • as a telephone professional, you advise and support our customers competently and reliably, take orders and clarify questions about prices and delivery times.
  • you prepare written quotations, delivery notes and invoices and handle communication with our customers
  • you work closely with the colleagues from the sales field service, production and the warehouse

Qualifications / Requirements

DO YOU FIT in with us?

  • you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained experience in office sales
  • you keep a clear head and a good mood in stressful situations and always use your sales skills to ensure a friendly and positive customer relationship, whether in German or English
  • you have a technical understanding and are experienced in using MS Office programs and ERP or CRM systems
