Responsibilities / main tasks
Your TASKS as a buyer with us:
- You will procure all the necessary materials for our production as well as the merchandise.
- You will obtain quotations from our suppliers in line with our requirements, compare them, renegotiate if necessary, place orders and check order confirmations.
- You ensure that the materials and goods arrive on time and in full, track and monitor delivery dates and provide targeted information to the internal departments.
- You check the corresponding invoices and approve them for payment.
- You create master data and articles in our merchandise management system and maintain them continuously.
Your PERSPECTIVE:
- As soon as you have mastered the job of buyer, you will have the opportunity to qualify as a manager. We will support you with internal and external training.
- You will gradually take over strategic purchasing, negotiate framework agreements, carry out supplier evaluations and market analyses and manage a small team.
Qualifications / Requirements
DO YOU FIT in with us?
- You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration and already have several years of professional experience in operational purchasing.
- Your willingness to learn and motivation are high and you are business fluent in German and English.
- You keep a clear head in stressful situations, have assertiveness and very good communication skills, and can work analytically and systematically.
- You have a technical understanding and are experienced in working with PCs and ERP/CRM systems.
